2. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display our products, colors, descriptions, and pricing as accurately as possible.
Due to differences in screen settings and photography, actual product colors may vary slightly.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change product prices, offers, or availability without prior notice.

3. Orders

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
In the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or incorrect information provided by the customer, we may cancel an order even after confirmation.
Customers will be notified in case of any such cancellation.

4. Payments

We accept payments through secure payment gateways as made available on our website.

For eligible locations, Cash on Delivery (COD) may also be offered.

Pono Universe does not store your debit card, credit card, UPI, or banking credentials.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days, subject to location and courier availability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Exchange & Cancellation

We offer exchange only within 10 days of delivery, subject to our Exchange Policy.
Refunds are not provided except where required by law or where an approved exchange cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability.
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

7. User Responsibilities

By using this website, you agree that you will not:

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
